The monopole antenna is located on an infinite ground plane. There are two differences with respect to the previous case:
Create a line with extremities at : (0 0 0) and (0 0 0.25)
Define the voltage source at the first point (0 0 0)
To define the perfect ground plane : select 
to open the particular planes window.
To check the proper location of the plane, click on Visualization
and "View Symmetry planes/Ground
Set the frequency to 300 MHz
Assign an antenna property to the wire to define the radius (same default radius value as in the previous example : 5 mm).
Generate the Mesh, Save and Run Icare
